First, we’ll walk through the specific outcomes you want to achieve for your meeting -- if we can’t pinpoint targeted outcomes, you may not have a good reason to conduct a meeting! Second, we'll determine your must-have stakeholders -- having the wrong people at the table hampers the results that need to occur post-meeting. Then we'll prepare according to scale, whether for a weekly status meeting where your objective is accountability to progress, a high-stakes conflict resolution meeting where your objective is to bring parties to a base of shared assumptions, or a 100-person stakeholder requirements gathering workshop.
